When deleting a tiddler in TiddlyWeb, this by default (depending on the store) leaves no traces allowing the tiddler to be restored.

Such functionality (e.g. trash can / recycle bin) is to be handled at the application level.
Note that there are possible implications on access control when moving tiddlers between bags.
